This Premium cattle is farmed free-ranged in Mar del Plata, Argentina, by award-winner farmers and

delivered directly to us. Amazing presentation at the dinner table and a real discussion point.

 

 

45 days DRY AGED BLACK RIOPLATENSE “ PRIME RIB ” STEAK ON THE BONE £90 Per Kilo

Our 100% grass-fed black Rioplatense cattle, produce exceptionally tasty meat. Older Dairy cows, over 8 years old, 

are chosen for their deep yellow fat and high marbling, resulting in rich, smooth meat with robust aromas. 

The Prime rib steak cooked on the bone is recommended served rare or medium rare.

When you get a piece of this special cut in your hand you can quickly see that this is no ordinary piece of meat. This is something to be revered and respected.

Even cooking the Txuleton demands an extra level of special care and attention.

Older Dairy cows, over 8 years old .The Txuleton cooked on the bone is recommended served rare or medium rare.
